About Me
I've always been obsessed with the human form. As a child I was constantly drawing and sculpting. That passion took me to the National Society of Fine Arts in Lisbon, where I studied classical drawing and live model anatomy. I later graduated in graphic design and even spent a year studying jewelry; always chasing structure, detail, and harmony. Alongside art, I trained and taught martial arts for years. Then at 28 I ruptured my ACL. That injury became my biggest teacher. While recovering I discovered Pilates, and for the first time I experienced the body not as something to push to its limits, but as something that could truly heal itself.
I left graphic design completely and dedicated myself to movement and healing. I became a certified personal trainer, went deep into classical and clinical Pilates, trained in craniosacral therapy, fascial work, and several holistic modalities.
All of it; the artist's eye, the martial artist's discipline, and the long journey through injury, came together to shape how I work today. Parallel to the physical work, I've spent years studying philosophy, psychology and the nature of consciousness. From Plato to Krishnamurti, Jung to Bruce Lee, these teachings shape how I see every person who comes to me, not just their posture, but their entire way of being.
My goal is simple: to remove what blocks the body's natural intelligence so it can move, breathe and exist freely again.
